This should be a reminder for all to go for their yearly medical check up and get blood work at least once a year!
 
There isn't much happened at my end right now. I had my dinner not long ago. Sleep will be the next thing left to do.

Good day everyone. How's your day going? I've resumed work today but I'm still feeling off a bit. I'll get used to everything soon.
 
I haven't been too lively today because of how my fasting have been affecting my day. I'm very hungry but unfortunately I can't eat until its 6:00 PM. I will make sure to hold out and not break my fasting sooner than I'm supposed to.
 
Good evening everyone, another busy day for me today but I feel like I have accomplished so much so I am happy!

Good morning guys. My day is going to be a crazy one because our company is offloading two 40 ft container of goods. We may not have time to rest. I hope work doesn't kill us lol.

African Cup of Nations is on the lips of everyone all over the world. Ivory Coast and Nigeria have both qualified to play finals in the ongoing tournament. Ivory Coast was looked down on but they surprised everyone to reach finals. Would they beat Nigeria in finals or will the Giant of Africa dominate to win the tournament?
